Welcome to ArtsFund!

The arts surround us. Whether it’s seeing historic architecture like the Landmark Theater, hearing a free performance by the Richmond Jazz Society, or your child attending a school performance by Latin Ballet of Virginia – art surrounds us.

Thank you for taking time from busy work schedules to help your company make the most of its ArtsFund Employee Campaign.

All of our respective companies’ campaign teams working together can engage more and more people in the benefits of the arts during this spring campaign. As we plan our campaigns, we are helping to strengthen non-profit groups that have served this community richly over many years – or sometimes many decades! And we are having fun and serving our fellow employees at the same time, by bringing the energy and enrichment of live arts and culture right to their doorstep.

To keep the flow of creativity between artist and audience alive, ticket sales must be supplemented with donations. With your help, art can continue to support communities, especially by keeping art affordable to all.

Your contribution will encourage economic growth. Nonprofit art organizations create jobs for those in the arts and those who support them – such as hotel, restaurant, and retail workers – and by crafting interesting, vibrant places to live and work.

By supporting arts education, we are ensuring that our children can and will appreciate creativity – that of others and their own. Their talent today will provide our cultural enrichment tomorrow.

I believe the arts add value and meaning to our busy lives, and I am confident you will find many co-workers eager to participate in ArtsFund. They will appreciate the fact that their employer places a high value on something so enriching and enjoyable.

Best wishes for success, and I thank you again for your involvement and enthusiastic support of ArtsFund.
